How do I find my size? If you require assistance with sizing, there is a size chart icon located on every product page above the sizes, named "whats my size?". |
Can I return my purchase? If something isn't right and you wish to return an item bought online, we will provide you with a refund or credit note, if our returns policy requirements have been met. Please head to our Returns Centre to begin this process. |
Can I make changes to my online order? We have a short amount of time to update orders, so we ask that you get in touch ASAP so we can attempt to make any changes for you. If you need to make changes to your online order, please email us at estore@grundysshoes.com.au and we will confirm if your order can be updated. |
Can I cancel my order? We have a short amount of time to update orders, so get in touch with us ASAP. As we start processing orders as soon as they are placed, we will not be able to cancel an order once processed. Once received you're welcome to make a return with us, as long as you meet our returns criteria. |
How do I track my order? Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note it can take up to 24 hours to show tracking information. |
Can I exchange my purchase? Purchases made online cannot be exchanged. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order. |
